"I gotta say...the lady that works in the back the older middl3 aged woman with the glasses she is very unprofessional ...seems like with the way she speaks to customers she needs to maybe retire..so i went down to this cvs to pick up my kids meds...and they only had 1 of my kids script ready which was already sitting since friday..my sons script was called in at 230ish today..whick ok i definantly understand when ur short staffed..but my issue was for 1 i literally sat on my phone waiting 29 minutes before i even got to speak to a pharmacist...my issue is so u mean to tell me out of 29 minutes there was not a second u could actually acknowledge me on the line? U had to wait the whole 29 minutes...then when the rude,saracastic worker gets on the line and trys to talk to me like im her child or something..like no i was not even rude or disrespectful i was trying to explain how my sons script was already called in maybe there was a issue idk..but god forbid i needed to ask any sort of question..cuz she told me that i was holding her up from doing her job.that shes gotta go mind u this woman didnt even have me on the phone not even 2 to 3 minutes .like WHAT??shes a pharmacist so if i need her on the phone for 15 minutes it shouldnt be a problem...its a part of her job correct??? Like WHO SAYS THAT?? BY THE TIME I WAITED THE 29 MINUTES ON THE PHONE THEN TO BE MET WITH NASTINESS BECAUSE I ASKED A QUESTION...THATS INSANE SHE REALLY NEEDS TO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ANY SORT OF WAY...IM SURE NOTHING WILL BE DONE..im sure she gets complaints a lot.. idc how many years someone has been at a company gives them NO RIGHT AT ALL TO SPEAK THAT WAY..my own parents dont even speak to me like that..wow just wow...like she needs some sort of re training...but again with that attitude i doubt could be fixed.."

"Over all my experience was good. Not much to say. The cashier was friendly."

"Went to pick up a prescription from this location and somehow became lost. Then had to have my doctor reorder the prescription and the pharmacy proceeded to leave the prescription in 'processing' for days. Never using this location again."

"I went to this CVS looking for snacks and they didn’t have a single food item there…..so weird. But there was a girl working there that showed me where I could find something to eat around the corner. She was so nice. Why is there no food though?? I’m so intrigued someone explain please"

"The pharmacy is understaffed to the point that it is unreliable and genuinely endangers those who rely on life-saving medications. I had to wait almost 5 days to get a med that was meant to be ready in 1. They're paying a security guard to stand around doing nothing rather than another pharmacist to provide actual service and relieve those behind the counter."
