"We had a great experience, perfect for a family. Calvin was fantastic, a true joy. As were the rest of the staff (he particularly stood out but everyone was wonderful) Facilities were great, new and well maintained since opening. Great breakfast, great location."

"⚠️ATTENTION⚠️ Travelers if you are looking to stay at this hotel, be aware that their beds are infested with bed bugs! I encountered these bites in just one night… the humiliation, and disgust, that i feel. These bites will last a week or two, and will serve as a reminder to never step a foot in a Hilton hotel… this has been the worst travel experience of my life… for a place that was willing to charge close to 470 for two nights, you should be putting that money into making sure everything is properly cleaned and sanitized.. next time I’m in Boston, I’ll be staying at the Omni across the street and I suggest everyone to do the same!"

"Aside from the $60 per day valet parking (and no on-site self parking option), I thought this place was amazing! The room was so clean and nice that I didn’t want to leave. The rooms are also very spacious, which was incredible. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future."

"We like the king suite very much! The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and nice. I love the small kitchen and all the appliances in it so we can make some light meals and enjoy a piece of quite. There are many good TV programs, too. You can definitely stay in the room for the whole day. Also, when the front desk heard that we just got married, she upgraded us and provided free beer (with a card for the beer bar). What a nice surprise! We appreciated it very much. A small downside is that you need to walk around 20-30 minutes to reach downtown or tourists attractions, but walking along the harbour is not bad. We would love to stay here again when visiting Boston."

"The bad:- The main reason for the low score was the terrible noise generated by the air conditioner in the bedroom - which starts like any normal one and then suddenly kicks in with a loud low rumbling sound that managed to keep jolting us awake through the night each time the thermostat kicked in . The good :- The location is excellent for access to the cruise port ( literally a 10 min walk away) and all harbour front restaurants, bars and newly built high end shops. It’s about a 20 min walk from city trolley tours. The room was a premium one and had a lovely huge comfortable bed( shame we couldn’t enjoy it due to AC noise) . Facilities included fridge freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all cutlery, pans etc. There was a small lounge area with TV and huge TV in the bedroom. Breakfast was basic continental quality with waffle maker and was adequate and at times very busy."
