"The company that owns this apartment building is The Ingerman Group they need to be exposed. This company is buying up buildings and not taking care of their tenants. The Seniors living here are suffering from illness due to the BED BUG Infestation and the ROACHES. The onsite manager refuses to fix any of the problems reported. The seniors are getting bit everyday by bed bugs and they don't have the money or resources they need to get help! Please Take This Seriously! If you have family living here CHECK ON THEM! Someone needs to advocate for the Seniors in this Building! If tenants report BED BUGS They Throw them out with no place to go! Thats why the Senior are Afraid to STAND UP!"

"Please report this apartment building to Cecil County they are abusing and neglecting the needs of the Seniors that live there! They have a BED BUG infestation that they refuse to treat and they also have an infestation of ROACHES. The owners of this building are heartless and when people file a complaint they do nothing about it. Seniors living there are afraid to speak up anymore because they have no place else to go. If you have family that lives here please check on them and step up to help them. They are taking the money of the seniors living there and not maintaining their building!"

"My name is Margo but it was my mother in law that move into Birchwood at Elkton, if you or your love one is looking for a beautiful clean active 65 and over community this is your place from the staff Ms. Kim O'Connor and her assistant, we moved my mom from NJ to Maryland that was hard enough but the staff at Birchwood made her transition very smooth they are the best so helpful and very professional from start to finish, they made my mother in law feel at easy with the whole process, me and my husband can't thank the staff enough your the best! and her unit is absolutely beautiful. "I was in a position of only one week before I had to vacate my previous address when I contacted BIRCHWOOD and my life change immediately. I have only been here a few months but I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with my life and my apartment here. UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 7 MONTHS AND DURING THESE MONTHS I CAN SAY NOTHING BUT HAPPINESS I GOT IN HERE WHEN I DID. THERE WERE OTHER PLACES I HAD MY HEART SET UPON GETTING IN BUT THEY DID’T SEEM TO CARE WHETHER I HAD A PLACE OR NOT, AND NOW I AM GLAD. THINGS NEVER HAPPENED THE WAY YOU MAY LIKE IT, BUT SOMETIMES EVEN BETTER. HERE THE MANAGEMENT IS CONCERNED FOR OUR WELLBEING IN EVERY AREAS OF RESIDENCES. THEY RECENTLY HIRED A MAINTENANCE MAN THAT IS SUPERB AT HIS TASK AND TRULY CARES. I AM HAPPY HAPPY."
