"Mold...roaches...water drawing under the town homes. Handy man admitted they have him do bare minimum. My children are very asthmatic and hospitalized due to this. We left after numerous emails and complaints they kept my month and a half security. I will be taking them to court. Also, I will be contacting the board of health.. whole place needs to be condemned"

"If you want to live with roaches in outdated old buildings move here you will love it for the rest of us stay far far away management is horrible property maintenance is worse i had my ceiling falling in from roof leaks that was repaired literally 5 diff times they will turn your water off to fix leaks with out any notice to the resident the property manager is rude and has always worked for bad complexes so she fits right in with the rest of the crooks living here was the worst experience ever renting an apartment do yourself a huge favor and rent anywhere but here"

"Coming from a ghetto slum lord owning complex, I have to say this place is great. Its quiet, My unit was clean and neat and presentable. An although there was a few things that need to be done, the office manager, Danielle was and is so helpful and attentive. I dont even know I have neighbors half the time and there isnt any bad behind kids running around from what I have seen. The office is also on top of their rules when it comes to residents property, privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this complex."

"They are the worst place to live! I told them I was moving ahead of time and when i moved they locked me out my apartment where i couldn't get back in and get my things out. Two months later they send me a letter saying I owe them 1300 due to them having to clean my things out I couldn't get. When you call the "corporate" office the lady starts talking nonsense and doesn't fix the problem. I told her dates that her letter has listed and she acted like I was wrong. She said stuff was posted on the apartment door but I haven't lived there in two months. So they charged me rent for two months and eviction!! They are unprofessional and they need to put the other woman back in the office cuz the one in there needs to learn how to do business!!!"

"i have lived here over 7 months, in that time we have been through 3 landladies, one who screwed me with a hidden pet deposit she never told me about and then didnt add my pets to a lease, a lease i didnt get a copy of until the second landlady came into the complex, there have been different maintainance men, they fired one who was always on time with repairs and quickly made good on repair orders for one who is lazy and slow. we have been here seven months and with the new maintainance man it took 4 months to get my garbage disposal fixed!! the second land lady was an awesome landlady her name was karen, she was professional, understanding and worked with you on your issues, we miss her!! the new landlady is to new for me to give an opinion about but since she has come in there has been no improvement in the maintainance mans slacking ways. ive been hit with fines i didnt know about, told i had to remove a 600.00 grill i bought when i moved her and has since been told once given the lease that i could keep it because WE DIDNT HAVE A LEASE COPY TO FALLOW for almost two moonths!! also we had been struggling and had lost our jeep for a period of time, when we finally got it back the previous landlord gave us permission to leave it in the parking lot with a permit and move it once in a while and they would NOT tow it until we had time to tag and insure it, the new landlady had it stickered as abandoned, but after talking it over with her is "supposed to" call the towing company and let them know it is ok here until the 14th..based on the poor maintainance and lack of landlord ability to keep to previous agreements i am not renewing my lease when it is up. however i did despite staffing and maintianance issues really enjoy my townhouse, it was in the back away from everyone, relitively quiet for being in town and the neighbors were enjoyable and polite."
