"I had used Weeping Willow for a couple of years, and had always been satisfied. My dad is in poor health, and I've had to make several trips home. I recently made an appointment I had to cancel, and first thing I was told was that I would not get a refund. Well, I didn't ask for a refund -- I made an appointment I had to cancel, and assumed there would be some sort of charge or fee. But I didn't get any of my money back! The people who work there are nice and do a good job, but the guy who owns the place is a real ahole. I would never take my pets back now that I know the guy is an ahole, anyone who treats people like that would do the same to your pet."
