The pharmacist has a serious issue with listening, he kept cutting me off, and giving excuses. There is no excuse for bad customer service. Come on Rite Aid, You can do better than this. When my husband comes in the man literally has a different attitude. I have witnessed his treatment towards others as well. Please contact me about this issue. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities. We are supposed to be comfortable and be able to trust our pharmacist, this isn't the case. Also, this pharmacy never answers calls. You can literally call all day long, No answer!!!"
