"0 all around, not clean, smells really bad! We were very disappointed, filthy carpets couches and chairs, dusty and smell awful. Does this ever pass inspection?"

"As we walked up to the mansion, it was beautiful! The first thing I noticed was how immaculate the pool looked. Unfortunately when we arrived, the lock on the door would not work. After calling, Vacasa said they would get someone there later that night. No one came...all weekend. Besides the maintenance worker but he even called and nothing. So needless to say, we needed to keep the whole house unlocked while we went into the city. Thankfully, this did not affect our stay. Our stay was awesome and perfect for what we needed it for! I had 13 guys go to this house full of awesome rooms, a great kitchen, a beautiful pool, a super neat outside area with a grill and fireplace and then the backyard! The beds were comfy and it was a perfect stay away from the city. We did also run into some problems with toiletry that wasn't properly provided(soap, toilet paper etc..). Other than those two mishaps, everything was perfect and I still get excited about it when I see the pictures. Great weekend and awesome house(s)!"

"The building was not quite as promised. The floors were... extremely uneven... and no interior doors quite met with their frames. There were repeated mentions of a dishwasher as well, even dishwasher tablets provided, but there was no dishwasher to be seen. Despite many minor flaws, the building is cute and does the job. Beds were clean and prepared, towels provided were nice, and overall it was very clean."

"Beautiful property with many accommodations. New pool furniture. The pool and hot tub were clean. I see some reviews mentioning pests. I noticed rodent stations and pest monitors around so it appears that has been addressed. I live local but rented for an event and had a wonderful experience. House was clean upon arrival."

"Upon arrival we noticed dead roaches on the kitchen floor , dirty floors , dirty sheets in one of the rooms and a fly infestation. Flies were everywhere and contaminated our food , we had to dispose of a lot of food and desserts due to the overwhelming amount of flies. For the listing to have all of those house rules you can tell they're not doing their job on their end as far as walking through the property to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guest. The property is beautiful to the eye but only on the outside. The place needs a lot of maintenance and a very deep cleaning. The pool and hot tub were filled with debris , bugs and other items which made it unswimminable. My guest had to go out and purchase things in order to clean the pool in order to use the pool , which is the reason we booked the place. Also they charge a hefty cleaning fee , yet we arrived to a dirty house. Not to mention it was 93° inside the house and the air conditioner ONLY worked on the 1st level which only had one usable bedroom for guest. It was so hot upstairs that all of us had to pile up together to sleep downstairs. It was very uncomfortable and defended the purpose of us booking such a large property. My grand parents were uncomfortable and had to go stay at a hotel 25 minutes away due to health conditions. Staff / representative ESPECIALLY Allyson was very rude and dismissive towards our complaints. She isn't hospitable at all. Very nasty and someone I'd never want to interact with again. She shouldn't be in this line of work if she isn't passionate about it. I'll never stay here again."
