"Rent a cabin for a week twice a year. For some reason they put the bed in the middle of the small room and you can't walk down either side. You have to climb in and out from the end. They used to have the bed pushed to one side at least you could walk down one side. I don't know who designed that. Everything else is great. Beautiful place to go."

"2nd disappointing stay. We gave a second chance due to covid rebound for businesses. The first time seemed to be people who go with family and friends year after year and just take over the beach, seats at the pool, the pool steps whilst drinking and the kids run loose. The bath houses were full of mold. Employees were stretched to limit. Dog poop everywhere including dog beach which is right next to children wading in shallow water. Both visits we tried to reserve a spot online however we were unable and had to call. At that time we were prompted to pay an additional fee to save a reservation.? Isnt that the point of making a reservation? Both visits our desired spots sat empty and we were given less desirable spots. This time, very small with huge tree roots taking up any space we had for seating, table etc. The sites were so close we were afraid to have a fire with the ring damaged. Arcade requires a card purchase and then you find out machines aren't working. Pool was dirty and water cloudy children were picking off loose tiles. People were saving seat around the pool and beach and not showing up for12 hours to use the spot. Ice cream shop closed when we went. Store isnt what used to be. The only only high point of our prior visit was the seafood pizza. We paid $300 for two days and we were unhappy and had to drive and pay to spend the day in Assateque park/Beach to enjoy something with our visiting grandsons that was pleasant. This was our last time at this park. It has lots of potential and great for families but they are missing the mark. When you charge that much for camping it should be awesome otherwise what's the point? Our family stayed at a nice hotel and didnt pay extra to keep reserved room, with a pool at the beach OCMD with everything right there in walking distance for less than what we paid to bring our self sufficient camper to sit on a muddy , lumpy dirty site. Our goal was to meet up and have a fire and dinner but our site was so bad we cancelled. Never again!"

"Needed a quick break from real estate work life, and we wanted to check out the White Marlin Open 2023! This place did NOT disappoint! First off, they are very laid back and helpful! It's conveniently located and provides shuttle services into OC. Dog lovers-they have several dog areas and a doggie beach that is specifically for those with pets in tow. The tiki bar is beachfront and has GREAT music Thursday through Sunday! They give you a discount pass to FT water park too! The pool is great, and the beach area is right next to the tiki bar with a dock. Will definite go back!"

"This place was awesome because it has its own beaches and has jetskis to rent and tiki bar pools arcade and ice cream all kinda stuff. The prices was really reasonable.. UNTIL.. until the new owners took over and raised all the priceless ski high. It Call Justice much now 2 kittens a spot here as it. Were to get a nice hotel in ocean city. So why camp and deal with all the headaches of camping when you can get a nice hotel room and not deal... other wise this place and frontier town are great places lots of fun beaches good atmosphere and the grounds people are so nice and very helpful."
