"I lived here for years through out my high school years and now recently getting a house under my name the old management was better than the new management they keep complaining about roaches and blaming it on us but all the houses are connected considering that I never seen one living there they keep raising the rent prices but yet do nothing in the house but complain and try to get into your personal life and gets concerned if your dog hasn’t gone out just because they didn’t see it they have yet to fix any problems/issues with the house including a hole in the wall that they did to make a new hole for the thermostat. If you ever look into these houses don’t"
"We rented here for 3 years before we bought a house. There were alot of management, maintenance, and property owner changes. False promises were always made. We never got a quarter of our maintenance list fixed. Alot of mold problems and infestations. Their "remodel" consisted of bare minimum and then they raised the rent for something they barely remodeled."
