"Well,... Let me start by saying. I was so, impressed with quality, value and the professionalism. However, they failed to follow - up and some how my information got mixed up, which is very, very bad dealing with anything medical. I had to call and resubmitting my e-mail address for the follow-up information concerning my consultation. Now, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought the price I paid for blood work was Money well spent. I am assuming it was a mix up and not common practice. To just get people information and shut the door. Again, not good for anything medical."
"NO STARS. NEGATIVE RATING! (system made my click one to post). DO NOT USE this MLTC. Aetna should not be allowed to practice. 85 yo parent w Parkinsons told he was eligible for 35 hrs of care starting March 1. No contact from case mgr prior to that date, no one showed up on 3/1, parent fell twice, had head injury, unable to reach case mgt to request re evaluation, 10 days later still no care in place. Have put in complaint to Dept of health hotline."
"The unwillingness to help someone is disgusting, I use to have Aetna and it’s a pretty good insurance to have; however, this office is ridiculous. You have stand outside of the office and you can see the receptionist through the window but you have to use the phone outside the window to call the person and speak to them... if this is for safety please move your office from our neighborhood if we make you that uncomfortable! This is pure laziness! Why not have a person walk up to your front desk and speak face to face, not from a phone right outside the door! Then once speaking to the woman she had an attitude, I was the one struggling to use the phone because I had never been to this location before. Disgusting!"
"If I could give this 0 stars, I would. NO ONE TAKES THIS INSURANCE! Not even the PCP THEY CHOSE FOR ME! Not even the doctors on their website! Or anyone else in the gotdamn world! The customer service is.... strange. The website is trash. Jesus take the wheel"
