"The infusion center deserves a 0. This is probably one of the best hospitals with the worst infusion center possible. People are rude, disorganized, the manager is not helpful, the process is EXTREMELY long even for a 30 minute infusion. They make you wait ridiculous amount of times, don’t give you updates and when you ask for one they want to give you an attitude. They are nonchalant about everything, employees are sitting around talking to other colleagues and making jokes or whatever they do. They skip people in front of you. If it wasn’t for the convenience of coming to this hospital I would’ve left a LONG time ago, but whoever is in charge needs to get rid of A LOT of staff."
