"Only good for getting parts you know you need, however parts and chemicals are overpriced. Generally the staff are young and don't really have the answers. If you have questions they do not have answers, go somewhere else."
"Was told to drain my entire pool and start all over. Also told me that there machine to test pool water had been running high for an unknown reason. Went somewhere else with totally different results. I think it would be best to calibrate your machines"
"Great! They need to have more staff available, I felt badly for the man working by himself. There was a customer who didn't have a clue how to operate her pool, and just wanted him to spell it out for her, she also had 2 small children with her, and had no idea how the pool worked, what filter it had, etc. There was a decent flow of customers, and she wanted his undivided attention, there also wasn't anyone in the back customer service area... He was extremely helpful! We got what we came for, traveled a long distance, and came from a state away for!"
"The employees there are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We inherited a pool when we bought our house with ZERO idea what it entails. I show up every 2 weeks, and they are genuinely giving me the training I need to self-maintain. They deserve raises."
"Despite my attempt to resolve a dispute, due to a 2 year old failed Hayward Motor, the Leslie's Brand failed to offer an acceptable solution. This negative feedback was totally avoidable if they just stood by the product they sold. Very disappointed in the resolution. Offering a 15% discount on a motor that is overpriced (inflated) to begin with, is just an insult. The above post occurred last year. This year, despite my hesitance, I went to get 2 o-rings. Well they only had one so I cancelled my purchase. I went to drewnowskis and they had about a thousand different o-rings. Way better selection, prices, service. Just saying."
