Costco Wholesale

"It's Costco, enough said! ;) But honesty, Costco is the best! Sometimes the policies are a bit harassy when it comes to checking your card, receipt, etc. but I understand they have to protect themselves. I'm glad this location finally has self checkouts, unfortunately the bottle return receipts can't be redeemed there, a little inconvenient. Also I wish they had more machines for bottle returns, at least one more glass one. The parking lot can be a bit crazy at times the way entrance is set up, feels like frogger on the weekends. The only 'downside' about shopping here is that I can never just get what I went for. You go for some rolls and a rotisserie chicken and walk out with a cart full off fun stuff that was a great deal! My wife ruined me with her motto "you can always return it" but lets face it, once it's home, that never happens and I don't even regret it."

"You'll never find better service employees and management than here. Everyone is exceptional, friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to shop there with great products and deals. Kirkland brand items, the Costco brand can never be beaten by any other brand. Returns are effortless and unquestioned. The food court has great, inexpensive foods that complete the shopping day. Try the hotdog and refill drink...1/2 pounds of pure beef with toppings for only $1.50...the best food deal in the world. Their pizzas are great and inexpensive. The Sample People are all friendly. The pharmacy is swift and highly cost effective. The gas prices are always the lowest in the area."

"I love it, I go for a certain thing and always end up getting more! great place to get everything the family needs. Food, clothes, house supplies .. They bring good new items every time I visit. friendly employees, great products, organized layout and easy access. Very good with returns also. gift card options here as well. Membership is worth the cost."

"What do you need because Costco has it?! Organic food (both fresh and frozen), camping stuff (tents), bicycles, baby gear (diapers, clothes, odds and ends), mattresses, cookware, allll the meats, allll the fruits. I follow a low-carb diet and I was beyond excited today to find Keto ice cream bars. I had to have one in the parking lot and it was heavenly on this sunny spring day. Plenty of parking. Staff super friendly. I even saw a nice young staff member helping an older woman to her vehicle and unloaded her items for her. There are great people still. If I could suggest one thing to this location it would be to get more Fairlife protein shake flavors. The West Springfield store carries Strawberry Banana. Why don't you??"
