"I've been coming here for about a year, but in the new year, people are very unhappy, indifferent and look at customers as if they're here for a reason. When I ask questions to help them, they give rude answers. When I buy a product at the cash register, they don't even give me a bag."
"I know they're no longer Burlington Coat Factory, but I still expected them to have a large selection of winter coats... they didn't. I was disappointed in that. Other than that, they had a large selection of clothing in many sizes and styles. Their selection of purses was pretty impressive, I ended up getting a new evening bag and a pair of blingy earrings."
"It was not a pleasant experience shopping there. The music played there was so annoying and not pleasant. Why play loud pop when seniors are mostly there during the day. The quality of junk and I mean junk is all from China. They used to have a store many years ago that sold beautiful coats that kept you very warm. Now it's all cheap merchandise from China to keep their costs down. I will be in no hurry to go back."

"We come here a lot time to buy clothes and i allways see the fitting room close , today i ask what is the problem with that , she tellme is open only friday to sunday .. That not serious at all you can't check your clothes monday to Thursday but friday to sunday is ok ? Come on , that's dumb"
