"I like shopping at Kohl's for a variety of reasons. 1. Lots to choose from! 2. Usually nicely displayed (men's shoes were rather a mess but then Christmas just occurred). 3. Employees are friendly and very helpful. 4. Returns are easy. 5. Prices are quite good. I don't like not having any help within departments. Shopping areas are too jam-packed. Gets so mixed up quickly. I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where Kohl's began!"
