"There is so much I could say about my experience but I just can’t as it just would not be believable . The manager is the worst person to not only run the store but to represent Brooks Brothers. He has no concept of customer service and was downright rude. I’m calling the corporate office and we’ll see how they respond to what I have to tell them. He should be fired and learn from his mistakes ."

"I purchased a pair of slacks for my husband for Christmas in late October. Obviously trying to get ahead of supply chain issues and the Christmas rush. The pants were too small because all their pants run smaller in size but no where does it make that clear in the ordering cycle. We went on vacation right after Christmas so today I called attempting to return the slacks. I was told I could not return them for credit. I then asked if I could exchange them for the correct size and was told I’d just have to buy new pants because they have no way to print a return slip for an exchange. This is ridiculous. Needless to say I’ll never purchase from them again and I’ll be sure to spread the word for others not to waste their money here either. Buyer beware! So much for trying to beat the rush."

"By far this is the worst experience had with brooks Brothers. I placed two sweaters orders online a month ago and wanted to get them before the holiday so I could give them out to some friends as gifts but yet I did not receive them. I have called on them many times but they keep lying to me. I will never buy anything with them and I will not advise my friends to support them as well."

"On 4/10/2018, I went by Brooks Brothers at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets to return a shirt. I told the salesman I followed the instruction to wash the shirt as instructed on the label, but the shirt became apart at the top. The salesman disrupted what I was saying stating that, "that is not what happened. Something was on the washer" and he did not let me explain any further. Then, he told me there was nothing he could do. I asserted myself and demanded either to get a refund or an exchange. He went into the computer to find the sale and said he did not find it. I insisted that I get a refund. Then, he said he would exchange it. He left the area for a while and came back with another shirt, though a size smaller. I was glad I was able to get this other shirt because I like the material and the looks of the shirt. Toward the end of the transaction, I told the salesman to bring to the corporate office's attention the fact that the instructions on the shirt are not good. Then the salesman became insolent and responded, "I don't have to because that is not what happened. I did you a favor by exchanging the shirt. I didn't have to do that because it has been over 2 months since you purchase the shirt". I told the salesman, he called me liar and that I was going to report him. "Go ahead", he replied. I did not even get the chance to explain that I had not tried the shirt until recently, and that it was the first time I washed the shirt."
