"I took my 5 month old puppy here for his first grooming and I was scared as hell because people can be cruel. I’m never doing it again. His hair wasn’t cut correctly nor was his nails, only one of his ear hair was cut . I paid in cash asked for a receipt and the young lady told me the machine was down, it took two hours for my puppy to be done . I paid and once again asked for the receipt, the woman said she would email it to me. I went in May 15,2023 at 12 pm people tend to give themselves away with body language, im never going back. I tipped as well , the total was apparently $70.77 not worth the money or time. Terrible experience for me and my boy."
