"Beautiful clothes. Poor customer service. They missed a sale from me because the girls working the store weren’t friendly or helpful to me and my friend when there were other more attractive customers where they were providing attentive service. Not sure if they decided I wasn’t pretty or slender enough to wear their clothes but my friend and I both decided there must have been some sort of prejudice. Hopefully others don’t have the same odd experience."
"Contacted boutique to enquire if they had a skirt in stock as it was sold out online. Staff member assisted me over the phone and went above and beyond to help me pick a size taking into consideration my length concerns. Parcel arrived next day with a hand written note from Ella. Great customer service and in love with my skirt. Thank you! X"
"Is a great store! Great people, they have a nice couch so someone can chill while you trying clothes, pulse the people that work here truly help you in trying clothes."
"I’ve had two negative experiences with the brand. One, I bought a pair of pants that began pulling apart and pilling after only one wear. I took them back to the store and the staff member told me it was my fault and just “wear and tear”, and also accused me of washing them (which I hadn’t). For context, they’re not a delicate pant like silk - they’re Rayon and Lycra. Then, my partner ordered in a dress for my birthday and the staff failed to tell him they had changed the cut and fabric of the style, so when it arrived and wasn’t what we thought, we tried to return it just hours later. Fast forward a whole MONTH of staff denying the dress style change before admitting it had, agreeing to a refund and then taking the maximum business days to provide a refund, after telling us they’d personally process it if we sent it back to their warehouse, I have vowed never to buy from a brand who has such sh!t customer service values."
