The manager there is lovely and goes out of her way help find you the best cuts for your shape. She has saved my life with last minute outfits many a time for certain things. Thank you ladies. "Much like the review below me, I had tried calling the store regarding an online order only to be passed back and forth and then told the manager would be in contact. No contact for days, then when I called she was so rude and condescending on the phone, all while not offering a refund, which is illegal. Worst customer service I have received from a retail store. Really a shame, because they stock some great brands but will never shop here again. I never leave reviews but I had such a horrible and drawn out experience that people need to know. Doesn’t take much to be nice to people FAO!"
