"Unfortunately these guys dont stand behind their sales pricing. Dont send emaisl out to loyal customers stating a price and then changing that price when you go to purchase. Not only is it very average practice and shows no loyalty to your customer base, its also illegal. Something that was clearly lost on Venroy when they were told about the issue - they decided to pass it off as a mistake. How about you honour your pricing...? Very dodgy"

"Wow. Let me tell you about one of the greatest retail experiences of my life. Not only did I leave the store with a brand new Short Sleeve Silk Border Camp Collar Shirt (arguably the greatest shirt in my wardrobe now... and I have a lot of them) but I was graced with superlative sales experience of Ruby who assisted me with my fit in a manner that could be likened to that of a Savile Row artisan tailor. I fell in love with the Short Sleeve Silk Border Camp Collar Shirt immediately, and after seeing the glimmer in my eye Ruby aptly informed me that the shirt may disappear from the hallowed clothing racks of Venroy Bondi Beach due to high customer demand. She then offered to hold the garment for me for 24hrs, which was a selfless gesture that truly touched me. The following day after being caught up with my very important duties such as going to the beach and having an afternoon nap, I was only able to make it to the store five minutes before close. Much to my admiration I found the Store Manager, Naya, defending my shirt from the prying hands of other customers with the ferocity of a Spartan Soldier in the narrow pass of Thermopylae. I pity these lowly customers who did not comply with the The Covenant of the Short Sleeve Silk Border Camp Collar Shirt that had been bestowed on me by Ruby the day prior, and offer my sincerest appreciation to Naya who exhibited honour and valour in her fight to protect my shirt. One of the more unassuming heroes of the day was Caitlin who offered both Ruby and Naya outcome-focused emotional support during what was clearly a tumultuous day at Venroy Bondi Beach. Sometimes it’s the actions we don’t see that make the biggest impact, so for Caitlin I am supremely grateful. The whole experience transcended retail into the realms of a spiritual experience. I will forever be indebted to these three sartorial angels who shall be known as ‘The Holy Trinity’ in my household henceforth."

Dropped by yesterday to pick up several pairs of linen pants, had my size in each colour. The team are all fantastic and was looked after by the lovely Tibby. Thanks guys!"
