"Terrible customer service. I returned a shirt for my partner, they didn’t have the correct size in place so processed a replacement to be delivered to my house. Two weeks later no delivery. I called and spoke to store manager (Jemma?) she found my order but couldn’t locate any details on when it would be delivered. She promised to call back and never did. I’ve tried contacting general customer service online & through Facebook with no response. Have already paid for this product and not received it."
