"Terrible post sale experience at the store. Took a faulty garment back to discuss the options available and was straight away met with a very defensive approach. The lady who served us was so patronising, rude and obnoxious. One of the remarks we got were ”I don’t know what you did in the night with the dress darling”. Utterly disgusted to hear these kind of comments in this day and age. We were not listened to nor were our concerns addressed. To put it rather mildly, we were served by one of the most unprofessional staff ever met in the retail industry. Will not recommend the store at all."
"Customer service was so rude when I simply asked to exchange a dress. One girl explained it very delicately and as a matter of fact which was great, but another lady with dark hair and olive skin was so incredibly rude in her manner. I work in retail and there are nicer ways to explain it can’t be exchanged. Terrible experience regardless of whether I was able to return the dress. At the end I cared more about how she spoke to me, as opposed to even returning the dress. I was treated poorly and she was so rude about it all, talking down to me as if I was stupid. Not going back again. Condescending, arrogant and spiteful service."
