"Oshi bleached my hair to go dark red and even then the colour wasn’t achieved. 2 month later my hair is dry, thin, broken and the ends looks like a mop, oh and the colour lasted exactly 4 weeks and that’s it. I wonder how people rate these places so well cause I went in after looking at reviews carefully. I absolutely regret it. She wasn’t able to deliver the dark red highlights exactly as I wanted, she could see I didn’t want to confront her at the end (as it makes me uncomfortable) so I said it was fine at the time and honestly I was okay cause it didn’t look too bad although it was lighter than my reference pictures. I could tell she wasn’t happy either with her own work because she didn’t uploaded a photo of the before and after pictures like she usually does on her Insta. Anyway, it’s the aftermath that just felt like the $600 was SO NOT worth it. I’d rather take that money and go to a well trained hairdresser who’d do a much much better job and won’t leave my hair damaged. When I went to trim my hair 6 months after this disaster show, I was asked by that hairdresser who coloured my hair, he said “that’s done really badly as the bleach has been harsh on my hair and caused a lot of damage “. I’m literally on a hair spa rehab thanks to this messy job."
