"The staff are friendly and patient! I've gotten all my piercings (apart from 1st lobes) done here these were a daith, industrial, conch, lobes, and tragus. The information they give for after care is easy to follow and concise and all my piercings have healed wonderfully with it. Would always go here for piercings and recommend highly!"

"I called in at 4:50 to ask if they do a certain piercing and if they could fit me in for a few. The reception, who didn’t not have much knowledge of the businesses services, said they do have time to fit me in for them. I said I will be 10 minutes and he said that’s fine. I got there exactly 10 minutes after and they said we cannot do the piercings as they have now cleaned the instruments. Not only do they have 1 hour till closing, I was told that they would be able to do them. Both receptionists were uninterested and not bothered at all. Both on their phones and waiting for me to say something for them to notice I’m standing by the counter. Would definitely not recommend a business that does not care about its reputation and the lack of serious employees."
