My daughter was a little anxious but Ali really helped settle her and made her feel calm about it all. Ali was so friendly and lovely, myself and my daughter felt at ease straight away. The aftercare recommendations and advice was both very useful and thorough. I was delighted with the experience and so was my daughter, she was chuffed to bits with her new earrings! And it was excellent value for money."

"Unnecessarily stressful experience today getting my daughters ears pierced. I would not recommend for children's ear piercing the lady was very nervous and panicked a lot. There was alot of fumbling with the light which did not go to the right place for my daughter's left ear. She rushed the second ear with poor light so it didn't clasp the earring properly. I was then left to try to manually assist myself. The lady seemed inexperienced and lacked poise and confidence."
