"I came on my lunch break and I only had 30’mins for my lunch. The staff member said she was going on lunch and was on her own and could no do my waxing. She was the only staff member on sight no other staff members at all. She was turning away other staff members and was not answer the phone even when it was ringing so many times"

"First time I went here for eyebrows threading. It pained a lot which I literally did not like. Asked to apply some gel or cream they refused. The place was not ver clean. They need to maintain hygiene to run a beauty salon. A bit disappointing."
