"i asked if i could get individual eyelash extensions done, and was recommended to get cluster lashes as i haven’t had my lashes done in a while and they are “easier to manage”. cluster lashes were the only thing offered, individual lashes weren’t a service there despite listing that. the cluster lashes were then GLUED TO MY EYELID! my bottom lashes weren’t taped down and she separated my glued together eyelids with her finger and a cotton bud. the whole process took only 20 minutes. when i mentioned the gaps and lashes stuck to my skin i was told “they’re supposed to look like that”. the lady was lovely and i’m sure she’s great at her other services, but please avoid this place for your lashes."
