"Very helpful when needed, especially around the festive period. Needed 2 new tyres, sprocket, chain and oil change. Dropped off bike so Paul could have a look and order parts needed. "Called up to book an MoT a few days in advance, was told not a problem and to turn up at 9:30am in a few days time. When I turned up nobody was available to do the MoT and nobody had thought it might be reasonable to call people and tell them that the person doing the test wasn’t available that day, and the two staff members I was greeted by couldn’t have cared any less. Waste of time."
"They might well be ok when you book in for your service; however, if you end up stranded nearby with a flat tyre, don't expect them to be dramatically helpful or enthusiastic. Generally I wouldn't recommend riding your bike with a flat rear tyre, but in this case it was worth it as a nearby garage got me on the road again in no time. Addendum after owner's response: Not sure where the assumption re multiple punctures comes from - as you haven't inspected my tyre, I don't think you can pass judgement on that. For clarity, this was a single puncture that could be sealed. As an NHS worker, I was rather concerned about missing work for an entire day for no other reason than an unhelpful garage."
