"Mish's response time and quick action is really commendable. Called him up in the morning and he swung by early in the afternoon to help me with my toilet flush issue. He is really knowledgeable in maintenance issues as he even helped me out with my questions around lighting and heating concerns. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is well in your home - he even fixed up my wobbly door lock when he noticed it and helped me out with my lighting issue in the main room - both unplanned & unasked for.
