"London Engineers came in April to service my Viking gas hob. I had been trying for some while to get someone to check the appliance and this was proving difficult as Viking don't appear to market their appliances in this country. I was advised by the LE engineer that the hob was in very good working order and, although one part could have been replaced, there was no pressure to have this done. The cost of £366 for basically testing the appliance was high but this was partially due to travelling time as I live in Buckinghamshire. Overall I am pleased that the hob has eventually been serviced."
