"Plumber turned up early to try to fix radiators that won't switch off. Was thorough in exploring solutions, but appeared very keen to push additional services and put down smart meters we had already installed. He made suggestions as how we could explore/resolve the problem, but also installed an additional thermostat that he believed might help with our problem. Not sure I would use again, plumber was knowledgable and professional, but not being a heating engineer myself took a while to understand what he was talking about and he was keen to talk more than listen."

"I wish I could give them a sixth star! Both Enrico and Federico were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and did an incredible job. On top of that they were tidy, polite, Covid Aware, and very respectful. I recently moved in and I had a boiler replacement, a water cylinder full service (every valve was broken), and a new Nest thermostat installed. They worked extremely fast and were very kind and helpful in explaining all the system to me so that I would understand how it worked. I can't stress enough after many years of okay plumbers The Italian Plumbers were by far the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone and anyone and will definitely use them in the future (hopefully not the near future). Thank you so much!"

"Great experience ever! Last evening, as the luckiest man in UK, I got an issue with my boiler while I was taking a shower! I called the number found surfing on the web, a kind man made me some simple questione and in a minute acknowledged the issue, he gave some hint to make a quick fix until the day after. Early in the morning they replaced my boiler and gave me a gas certificate. Fast, tidy & serious!!! Well done"
