"Terrible experience at the pharmacy. Collecting routine prescriptions, four people behind the counter, no customer queue. Asked to wait for 20 mins (why does it take 20 mins to find a few boxes and enter a spreadsheet?) but am told when I come back that they had just left my prescription on the side and not bothered with it. It would be another 20 mins out of my work morning. Total joke! If it was a normal business I'd demand my money back. Avoid if you can."
