"I’ve been going here for years. It’s massive, so got lots of selection. The place is always really clean and tidy and well stocked. The staff are friendly and polite as well"

"Not good customer service. I was so sad. A black middle age woman was not helpful and doesn't know about advantage card. So I tried to ask another guy but he also didn't know about it. I showed T&C them. He clicked his tongue and threw this paper to me..."

"Absolutely terrible. My asthma had started acting up and needed an emergency inhaler. Had to wait 5 minutes whilst the pharmacy staff finished flirting and then told I cannot receive a inhaler as I’m not in the Boots register, despite my prescription. The NHS website clearly states those with a prescription can pick up emergency inhalers from a pharmacy. Went to the Boots down the road and they asked for my NHS number and gave me an inhaler in 10 minutes."

"They never answer the phone and there's no way of knowing if my prescription is ready (considering it hadn't been 3 days in a row). This is awful when it's very difficult to even walk to the pharmacy. Is it too much to ask to have a working phone line to such an important service?"

"Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, how could they accuse a young woman of stealing after using vulgar language towards her, she had her receipt, but it was obvious wasn't correct because the worker kept yelling at her, I was there and present, therefore, this was very much an act of racism and discrimination! Very dissatisfied; reevaluate your employees!"
