"I am one of the regular customers. I enquired on how I could despose of unwanted pest snails in non cruel way. I been advised to bleach them. I do not see myself doing that. The customer service is not up to the standard to be honest. There need to be more customer care and respect."

"Just went in for a quick browse by myself when there were no customers but two ladies at the receptions. When I exited I was promptly, and rudely, spoken with a snide tone of "you're welcome!" followed by slamming the door shut. It was still early afternoon (store still open!) and the women was clearly more interested in chatting among themselves than be at least showing some manners to potential customers. Not sure what I deserved for the rudeness. Unlikely to top up my tank from this store now. Shame."
