"Buy far the worst taxi office I've used.i prebrooked a taxi to go to the hospital i pacificy asked for a high car due to having a operation which I pacificy told him the still sent a low car when I called back he said to me you didn't ask for a high car which they made me wait another 15 minutes till they sent a high car after my booking time which made me late for my appt then I asked the driver to avoid back roads because of the bumps which I was in pain the driver still took the back roots & went over humps.when I was finished with my appt I called them for a return again I asked the same dispatcher for a high car stating I can not get in to a low car the dispatcher still sent a low car when the driver came he was trying to convince to get in the car because they don't have any high cars available not acknowledging what I was saying to him I sent him back & had to go with a different taxi office. This taxi office does not acknowledging the customer.dont use this office they dont care about the customer"
