"DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND MESSED AROUND booked a cab a week in advanced and the day before they say it's not booked and tried to add almost double the charge. Also manager will not speak to customers or give out a proper name. complete cowboys."

"Avoid at all costs! How I wished I had read the other reviews before accepting a booking through Taxicode with this company. The booking was for a six seater car at 12.40 but as no car had arrived by 12.50 I contacted the office and was told they would contact the driver who was on his way. He phoned at 12.55 saying he was still in Eastern Avenue, at least 15 minutes away and did not even know where he was supposed to go as he had not been given the address of the pick up! Given how obviously unreliable the company is, the booking including the return journey was cancelled causing me and 5 other guests attending my husband’s 70th birthday celebration great stress and inconvenience. Had it been possible I would have given them zero stars as they don't deserve even one!"

"Rubbish service. They claim to have an online booking service but the prices quoted on there are completely different from when you book via phone and when I asked I was told that they don't know why that's the case and didn't even seem apologetic for it. I booked a taxi using the online service once and when the taxi hadn't arrived 20 mins after the time I booked it for, I called. I was told they had no record of the booking even though they sent me a confirmation email after I booked it and that I should contact the website their online booking service is hosted on!! How do you not have any control over your own online service??Amateurs."
