"Useless service and communication. Had a taxi booked to collect us from the airport but was an hour late. Was told it was on the way when we landed but no update to say it had been delayed. Complained to the operator that night and he said they would give a £5 credit back to the card but nothing yet. Chase up today, and told rudely by the guy working today they never give money back and I'd have to call them again. Do not use."

"Booked a cab to go to 2 nearby locations before going to Stansted airport and also a return journey, on the phone the operator said we would have to pay £35 for the first journey plus a £20 deposit for the return. He also stated that on the way back we would have to pay another £15 making the journey back a total of £70 for both journeys. The first driver was very rude and told us to be quick as they are only allowed 10 mins at the dropped off point, taking into account he said this 2 seconds after we got out of the vehicle. In addition to this he charge £43 plus a £20 deposit because he waited an extra 2 minutes in his car. The second driver who picked us up had to wait an extra 30 mins because of luggage problems so I completely understand paying extra but once I arrived at my destination he asked for £50! Completely different from was discussed on the phone! When I mentioned I paid a £20 deposit already he said I would have to go to the office to collect it myself which I find completely ridiculous. He then continued to say that he wasn't told about the deposit. After arguing that I wasn't going to go to the office, he checked his phone which said £20 deposit paid, he then apologised and said I only had to pay £30 and he'll get the rest from the deposit. I will be contacting the office directly to make a complaint as I feel that some drivers just throw around any random price they can think of. I will amend this review once the issue has been resolved, if not, the review will stay as is. Edit: spoke to the manager who was completely unreasonable, I was informed that I was allowed 1 hour free waiting time without being charged however as my flight landed at 21:15 the manager said my 1 hour waiting starts from then. When I booked this journey 6 days prior I knew there are delays with passport control and luggage so I booked a pick up for 22:00 knowing this so really the driver should arrive at the time I booked and my 1 hour free of charge waiting time should start from the time I had booked and not the time I flight landed. So for example I wanted to shop at the duty free and I booked the flight for 00:00, the cab service would ignore the time I booked for and still charge me extra for waiting based on when my flight arrived despite booking at a later time. I don't see the logic in that at all."
