"Great service, was delayed at the airport and driver patiently waited for more than 2 hours."

"Unprofessional service. I pre booked a car to pick me up this morning for 5am to take me to work. The driver was late. I waited outside in the cold & ice for him and he did not arrive. I went back inside and called the office who said he will be there in 3 & half minutes. Rather than wait outside any longer, I thought I would go back inside & come down when he arrived. Got a text saying the car had arrived so I made my way down in the lift. When I was in the the lift the cab office phoned me to say the car was there. As I approached the vehicle the cab driver had the same staff member on load speaker. The operator was telling the driver to leave me and drive off. As I got into the car he hung up and the driver was complaining that he had an airport job that was more important than mine. So I exited the car and walked 30 mins in the dark to work by myself. I am female by the way. I hope Hackney carriage or Redbridge council reads this. They are very unprofessional indeed. Won’t recommend or use again. Tried calling the office to complain, they will not answer my call."

"They have improved over the years . Its my local cab firm and i have used them for some time now. There drivers are great and they are very reasonable. I will recommend them to any one who lives in Redbridge area. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Any issue please speak to Manny he is the man to sort out your problem"

"Stay away! The most horrible company, always late for an airport pickup with the same excuse “accident “ so they can save few pounds on parking. Called to complain and was answered by a very rude lacking of manners guy, I’ve asked for his name and he told me his name was MY last name….then he put the phone down as I questioned it… lying and putting the phone down… will never use you again and will make sure this will reach as many people as possible so they will know to stay away from you. You should be ashamed. Never again!"

"Awful experience overall. Had to wait in Heathrow over an hour to a driver, who blamed the traffic on being late - maybe try checking and planning your journey before you start driving?! What made the experience worse , was the evening controller, who was very rude, started calling me 'crazy' and at some point just put me on hold, in the hope that I will hang up. The call got somehow disconnected and I called back several to check the whereabouts of the driver, however the controller each time put me on hold, so I won't be able to speak to him. I then received an automated text to let me know the driver has arrived to the picking point, but it wasn't 15 minutes later when the driver actually arrived and contacted me. I had bad experiences with them previously and wanted to give another chance, but this is really the last straw for me, and I won't be using them anymore."
