"Tried to call for a minicab and number was not in service. Tried to go into the office and there is no minicab business there"

"The guy answering the phone needs some manners. He’s always angry and creepy, no customer skills whatsoever. . Last time I called and asked the price for Gants Hill to East Ham station, he responded: 10 pounds like last time, is that fine and I responded yes. Only to call 10 minutes later and to find out that he only confirmed the price and no cabs are available. I’ll never use this cab service again. The only reason I did, is that it was close to my house. Furthermore, it’s quite pricy, plus the cars are smelly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!"

"Terrible service lied and said 5-10 minutes didn't show for 25 after i called and said i need to cancel it if it doesn't arrive in the next five was told it definitely would be then they ignored all my calls and the driver never turnt up! Disgraceful customer service"
