"One star is too kind, I will put zero if I could. The worst estate agent that I have dealt with in my life, they should be out of business. Tony was extremely rude and does not respond for over 4 days even when his collogues promise he will call you back, instead of saying sorry he will say "you are not my priority". I tried to rent a property and went through weeks of referencing and providing all types of documents they were asking me only to be disappointed with an email to state sorry the property has been given to someone else. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and misleading. I believe the real reason was they discriminated against us, that was obvious from the begining on how Tony was speaking to me and my wife and the type of questions he was asking. They played it along to avoid being challenged, declined taking a deposit only to give the property to someone else in the end. This was at a time where we were desperate to move to a bigger property as soon as possible. Do not use this estate agent ever!"
