"I wouldn’t recommend to move in to Onyx Apartments. We’ve been one of the first occupants and since then it looks like the building is falling apart: leakages, AC is down for more than 1,5 years now, constant issues with hot water supply. It looks like the building is poorly built. Concierge team is good very friendly. Common areas are nice and tidy."

"Pros: Very central, easy to travel to places, friendly concierage staff, good insulation so no need to worry about being cold Cons: no gym, very poor building quality even though it’s new (AC has been broken for all residents for more than a year, hot water issues, leakages in multiple flats, etc.), building manager isn’t really responsive, sometimes noisy neighbors (loud music), expensive flats"

"Pros: - Good location and access - High speed internet - Modern appliances - Friendly concierge staff Cons: - Potentially noisy neighbors that play loud base music during weekends depending on which floor you live on. To be fair, the situation has been improving given that many residents complained about this. - AC unit hasn’t been working for at least over a year, despite buyers and renters being promised that the building comes with AC facility. Nobody in the building has a working AC at the moment. - Lots of other building issues including leakages in multiple flats, water pressure issues, hot water issues that are currently undergoing (residents have no hot water for a week already), etc. To summarize, I would avoid this building. It’s expensive and has been built very poorly!"
