"I'm renting through Winchester White at the moment. The initial experience was good, they got the deal done efficiently with a very smooth process. There have been a couple of occasions where they have fixed issues in the house fairly quickly during the early part of the tenancy. However in the last 6 months their response rate has become slow and even on occasions asking us to locate trades people ourselves to fix structural issues. The most alarming recent one was a report I made of a leaky drain in the bathroom coming through the ceiling. It's been 5 days without a response. The home when we moved in was a smart home with a lot of different and confusing functions. Noone took the time to show us around the home or any information on maintenance etc. I feel like they are a complacent estate agency much different to the one I use for the flat I personally own and rent out."
