"Awful, I’ll never contact to this agency again! Don’t waste your time and money with them the only thing you will get is a big headache. The house was a mess, nothing was working. No hot shower for almost a week!! When I decided to leave the property they said that if we find a replacement they will give me my deposit back. I did help to them to find someone and suddenly they took 250 pounds of my deposit when they didn’t say anything about it! So basically hiding information about it. Also I’ve never been with an agency that you have to pay 150 pounds to secure a room before to sign a contract! So please find another agency if you want to find a nice house to live with no problems!"

"I stayed with Love UK for around 7 months and had no issues. A few problems arose while I was there but they resolved them and I recieved my deposit back in full plus extra for moving out a week early to suit both parties. I would reccomend giving them a try"

"The company responded to my comment here saying that I was offered several ways so I didn't lose my deposit, and that's not true! I did not want to renew the contract, much less continue to live in the apartment because it was not fulfilled what had been agreed in the room rent! I spent several days without internet, electricity and gas were missing due to their lack of payment, the weekly cleaning was not done weekly and when it was done, it was not at all well executed. They continue with part of my deposit until today ... In short, they STOLE MY DEPOSIT! I have all the evidence of everything that was written here! Beware of companies like these ...."

"Awful awful awful. Avoid at all costs. The most stressful month and a half of my life dealing with these people. I have edited this review to add detail because their response to it made it seem like there was a problem with the documents we provided for reference checks, which is NOT the case. They themselves said that everything we submitted was perfect, so we are in this situation through no fault of our own. We submitted all our documents, including 6 months of bank statements, our passports, and additional photos of ourselves???? We then spent weeks chasing Love UK for responses which they should have been forthcoming with, and waiting for them to advise on next steps, only for them to admit that they hadn't spoken to the landlord in weeks so they would be refunding our holding deposits. Despite doing everything promptly as requested, I am now faced with homelessness in two weeks through no fault of my own which Love UK deemed an "inconvenience". This is MORE THAN an inconvenience."

"Extremely unprofessional. I rented through Love UK for 6 months and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I didn't spot the alarm bells soon enough and wish I'd looked harder for reviews. I hope others can learn from my experience! Edit following response from Love UK: I moved out in 2017 (a little over two years ago). Perhaps that's long enough for the service to have improved, but I don't intend to find out for myself, and am not going to recommend that anyone else do so."
