"The moving in process was stressful due to the team being unresponsive. The aftercare was worse as they weren't aware of the defect period and it took them 2 months beforr getting back to me. The floor was cracked, door cracked, hole on the wall (that they claimed is normal on a newly built property),heater making weird noise, ceiling of the bathroom falling, exposed wire in the living room and kitchen, parts of the kitchen falling apart. Do not deal with Home Group nor persona homes. I have moved in 3 months now and the welcome package is still lost apparently. All things you wouldn't expect from a newly built property. Had issues with the actual door lock, the bathroom ceiling is falling reported it in March we are currently in August and it still hasn't been fixed."
