"I had heard about Mind the Flat a couple of years ago from friends who used their services as tenants and who were very satisfied with the level of expertise and professionalism that this young company has. When my BTL Flat became vacant in 2021 I decided to reach out to them and ask for their assistance with rental and management. My flat needed an extensive refurbishment at the time and the company carried all the works needed within a reasonable time and at an affordable budget. They were also quick to find me reliable tenants and they took care of the management from bills to gas certificates etc. If I have to choose one thing to describe Mind the Flat it would be the fact that they deliver. I was given a step by step plan of action and they took care of executing each step with care and within the timeframe expected. They definitely like what they do that’s why they are very good at it."

"Used this service from July 2021 to April 2022. They were nice/efficient at the beginning when I was sorting out my paperwork as an international renter, but gradually became less openly communicative when it came to my attention from a former flatmate A that the agency had withheld information from me about potential safety concerns regarding a different flatmate B I had moved in right next to. There were multiple noise, safety, and verbal incidents leading up to the flatmate B's relocation, but our serious complaints were initially addressed with extreme hesitation, disbelief, and inadequate concern for my and flatmate A's physical safety. There were several more issues regarding maintenance and tenancy length, but my point about a substantial lack of safety disclosures and protocol is enough to warrant my rating."
