"The hotel had a great location near Victoria Station which is central with the underground. Breakfast is very simple (bread and cereals) but was enough for us. People were nice and available. The bed weren’t the comfiest but pretty good for the price. The room was clean."

"avoid this hotel at all costs ! we were a group travelling to London for 4 nights ...on our second day a girl from the group lost her cigarette case and I lost my wallet! All my credit cards , id, driven license and cash were in my wallet. Not only didn't they help out but also they acted like nothing happend! they gave me wrong police station number when they could just mention 999 for reporting my lose...The guy in the reception was really anxious!! 3 days after leaving the hotel my bank informed me that someone tried to withdraw money from my cards and at the same time dover hotel send me an email saying that "There was a problem with the payment method you provided at booking. To keep the reservation, you’ll need to contact the hotel and provide a valid payment method within 24 hours." Of course and i didn't try to make a new reservation there after all that so it's clear to me that someone stole our staff and tried to withdraw my money through booking! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE .... AVOID THAT HOTEL AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Excellent location⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Close to bus and railway stations, Buckingham Palace, Thames, Big Ben, London Eye, grocery stores, pharmacies. Thank you very much for a clean and comfortable room, which has everything you need. Friendly and lovely staff. Possibility to leave your luggage before check-in. They also let us in earlier. Beautiful view from the window, quite tasty breakfast with excellent coffee! We will not even try to find another hotel and will recommend this hotel to all our friends!"
