"Sometimes you just need a room to sleep, no extras like room service, panoramic views and this is it. The reception staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I had booked a room for 2 nights with no windows and it was small, I knew what I was getting. Everythjng was clean and I had the best nights sleep, it was quiet and dark, very dark. The shower was great, I'm not a small guy but I had no issues, had I been with someone else it would be a little cramped for 2 people. I will stay here again. Few minutes walk from Earls Court Station."

"Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Avoid at all costs! Spend the extra money to get a real hotel room! Where do I begin!? Got to the hotel and checked in to find out the TV in the room was not working and the room was like a sauna. asked about the TV and just got told sorry with no willingness to try and fix. The next day when we left they said they where going to have a look when we left to go out for the day. Got back and you could 100% tell that no one had went in the room and tried to fix anything. All they can day for themselves was sorry over and over again. The room was sold as having controllable AC and a working television. But we where somehow expected to pay full price without either of these advertisement amenities. Save yourself from an absolute nightmare"

"While you should know what to expect when booking budget hotels such this (small rooms/ no space at all, no elevator etc), I wouldn’t expect that the cleaning would be such an issue. Unfortunately it was as the sheets were really dirty. Luckily that polite guy in the reception was more than happy to provide new sheets and even change them as of-course there was no housekeeping that late in the night. However, this doesn’t square how i found the bed. Good location but the fact that you pay less for such a room would no justify the condition of the sheets. (Wish i could post some pictures as well!)"

"I stayed with EasyHotel South Kensington on my last overnight trip to London. Whenever I travel to London, I just want a clean room with the basics, for all I will be doing in it is changing, washing and sleeping. This hotel was perfect and at such a low price. Check-in was easy, had my key within a minute. My room was spotless with a big bed, TV and a private bathroom. Who cares if the rooms tiny, London is out there you shouldn't be spending much time in your room anyway :) Will be happily coming back here on my next London trip!"

"I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and I can say it was the least enjoyable hotel stay ever in my entire life. I needed a hotel room with walking distance to the conference I was attending as there was an underground strike this weekend and this hotel seemed to be the best option. The room was absolutely tiny, with nothing other than a bed, no window not even a shelf and felt more like a box cabin. The room was freezing in the evening and there was also a whirring vibrating noise from a fan or some kind of machinery that could not be blocked out even with earplugs throughout the nights. There was no housekeeping at all, bin not emptied and towels did not dry from first day so could not have a shower the second morning. For £120 per night, it was a shocking experience. The bedsheets were clean and the location is good. Do your research before booking this hotel."
