"Honestly we were kinda scared of what to expect since there are a lot of bad reviews about this place. We slept on the 3th floor. I’m guessing our room was already renovated. The room was super nice, a bit small but it doable! It was very clean. They made up the bed everyday and gave is fresh towels. The building is under construction and you can smell the paint a bit but for me personally it wasn’t too bad! We were very happy about this hotel"

"Now I have stayed some rough places... but this by far was my worst experience to date. There seem to be in the middle of a major renovation which led to the hotel being dusty and dirty. Run out of toilet paper went to the front desk to get a roll only to be told they were all out and the person at the front desk was going to make a run to the corner store to buy some. Our room 302 was the size of a matchbox to say the least and the rug was dirty. I'm 6.1 and 195 lbs and taking a shower was ever so difficult due to how small the actual shower was. It was impossible to turn around in there. Needless to say we checked out after two nights for a much better hotel. Take my advice do not stay here or you'll regret it."

"Please stay far from this hotel until they can provide you with evidence that all the renovations have been completed. We booked this hotel for our Christmas vacation in London and we have to check out after 2 nights. The hotel should be closed during their “renovations” as the walls and carpet was disgusting, the painter was painting during the day and there were wet paint on the very narrow hallways and stairs. The staff was not accommodating and they had no bathroom supplies. I would never want anyone else to experience this. Book somewhere else. I am pursuing them for a complete refund. One of the most disappointing experiences were to receive an email while you are travelling to London that your room has been cancelled and that they attempt to charge you for one night and it was declined. That is completely wrong as we had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were cancelled. We all called out credit card companies and there was no record of a charge being made or one being declined. Disaster!"

"Not good at all. Stayed for 2 nights. Was put on the top floor, no elevator, room changed the next day and bathroom did not have drainage. Awful experience. Told the Manager Slyvia who agreed to discount 20 Percent. Did not reimburse, horrible experience."

"Poor hygiene. Poor hospitality. Came into the room with a weed smell, weird sounds on the ceiling that interrupted the sleep all day. The receptionist changed the room for us. But the new room is still left with a trash can full of garbage from the past guest and used tea cup. Poor handling of the situation by one of the receptionist. We didn’t come here and pay 10£ per night. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here at all, not worth the price and experience. There’s no option for zero star so I’ll have to give one. Please avoid this hotel at all cost."
