"Scam! The hotel accepts reservations on Booking and does not answer you. We made 3 requests for validation of late arrival time. Without negative feedback we took it for validation. We stayed in front of the hotel for 1 hour without anyone opening the door and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel never answered us, nor received us and refuses to answer the customer service of booking. Impossible to get a refund. Shameful"
"A desperately miserable slum. I would give it zero stars if I could. Genuinely considered sleeping in my car instead. Dirty. Cold. Derelict. Don't be tempted by the bargain room rates -- it's really not worth it. Avoid."
