"Stayed here the night before my wedding with my Groomsmen. The grounds are relaxing and the accommodation beautiful. The hostess is extremely welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone and all!"

"Despite sending an enquiry for our stay it was ignored for days. Proceeded to enquire via email - still ignored! Visited the website and followed their Instagram page and messaged via here - still ignored. Went on to send an email - still ignored! Finally got through to the telephone lines after days of trying… explained it was our 10 year wedding anniversary… the host Victoria was rude and Unaccommodating. We asked about the pool hours and she explained they had a wedding coming and therefore wouldn’t be able to use the pool after midday despite usually being able to use the pool until 4pm! Clearly more interested in the wedding guests than us. Very disappointing and definitely wouldn’t recommend."

"Lovely old farmhouse Quiet and beautiful countryside Very attractive and comfortable extension created for the B&B Stayed with three of my daughters in April We had comfortable rooms, very clean and with a lovely view from my room on to the garden and fields. Our hostess Victoria was lovely and very patient with our slightly late arrival for breakfasts. The farm is well situated for many of the local historic buildings, Chartwell, Hever Castle being just two and only an hour away from Windsor which we did one day. A little noisy if people were in the rooms above, with water running for showers and/or baths, and Alfie the puppy decided day began before the sun was up! We had a great stay though!"

"Lovely place amazing pool... better than many hotel pools, easy going host who was happy to carry a heavy breakfast tray to the orchard so I could have breakfast in the early morning sun. Very fresh croissants and pastries warmed straight from the oven for breakfast. Amazing quality bedroom and bathroom.."

"An amazing B & B in a beautiful location. To call it a B & B doesn't do it justice. Victoria made us all feel really welcome and it was a perfect place to prepare for our daughter's wedding. The cooked breakfasts were really good. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms luxurious. The swimming pool looked fantastic, shame it wasn't warm enough."
